There r sum changes to Zeith sama's Bdae celebration event.
As sum of us are unable to stay for the nite, we hav decided to hold a afternoon celebration at Cash Studio [chi x jap x eng kstudio near orchard]. Pricin will still be ard the same or mayb even cheaper.
Note: For those who are comin for both kstudio x kbox till the end of the event, zeith sama will be payin for you the cost on Cash Studio.
With regards on the food, we will be havin Pizza Hut and KFC at cash studio. The event will be held at 2pm with regards to the bookin. Thus, plz kindly confirm if u r ok wit the changes asap. Bookin muz be made soon to confirm wit the time.

Alright first thing first, for pauline's birthday celebration i might be going (i'm still half-hearted about it due to the pricing and the apparent timing) =/
As for the events that has been planned by fernnice a.k.a welfare-er i'm pretty much alright with it. If i have to list it down, it'll be in the order of:
1) Steamboat (definitely at fern's place lol)
2) MIND cafe
3)KBOX
4)Escape theme park
And for the shirt though, i actually liked the 1st and 2nd design but since i've been told by our chairman dearest that most people like "Mr and Ms Irritant and Irritant Factory" i guess i go with the flow (cos the majority will overwrite my decision eh)

Here are the rules...
Rules, Things to follow...
Basics rules
1) Follow it
2) Reject it (see voting rule 8)
3) Do not BREAK it
4) Have fun!!
Voting
1) NO CHEATING!!! (DUH!)
2) A trusted person will be appointed to take care of the votes
3) The trusted person can vote
4) The trusted person may choose a witness/cross checker to help
5) Vote must be based on qualities, no sabotage is allowed
6) Think carefully before voting
7) Every year the positions will change so voting for position will come once a year
8) Vote to reject the rules and implement the rules are acceptable
Chairman
1) The chairman must oversee all sections (accountant, welfare, design, etc)
2) The chairman order's is final (meaning if ask us to die we must follow)
3) However, there can be petitions/votes to against chairman orders (obviously we do not want to die right ^^)
4) The chairman must take care of the welfare of others
5) Any problems or questions, the chairman must be able to answer for it
6) The chairman has the final decision to punish the misbehaved or the incapable (see accountant rule 4, welfare rule 11, designer rule 5, quartermaster rule 4, slackers rule 5, punishment rule 5)
7) The chairman will be the judge (see slackers rule 4, punishment rule 1)
Accountant
1) He/she must be a trustworthy person to hold our funds
2) Budget must be planned out before any events (meaning to get an idea of the range of different slackers can afford)
3) He/she must collect the funds
4) If the funds are founded to be misuse, the accountant will have to faced replacement or worse exile
5) To keep the trust within the clique, receipts must be kept
Welfare manager/organiser
1) He/she must plan events
2) Fun must be ensured!!
3) Take note of budget when planning events
4) He/she must accommodate the interest of the slackers (meaning not choosing places that the slackers will not go)
5) Events planned must be informed to every single slackers, department and chairman
6) Events are advised to be plan at least 2 weeks in advance
7) The welfare manager/organiser must plan for the gifts and farewell dinner (see punishment rule 7 and 7.1)
8) The farewell dinner and gifts must accommodate to the person perference
9) Birthdays for all even the groups must be planned by the welfare manager/organiser
10) Welfare manager/organiser must be present at the event with exception of unforeseen circumstances
11) If he/she is found not planning events for half a year or unable to be present for events most of the time, the welfare manager/organiser will be replaced
Designer
1) He/she must draw designs for the clique blog
2) He/she must likely to be talented and skilled in designing (so vote carefully)
3) He/she must accommodate the slackers’ preferences of a design
4) All form of designs must be done by the designer
5) Copying of designs or no credits (see rule 7) is a serious offence and hence the designer may faced replacement or exile
6) Designs must be original and help can be taken from the clique (meaning copying of idea of a slacker is ok)
7) The designs must have credits for those who have helped (meaning in the blog credit the slackers names must be there within a post)
Quartermaster
1) He/she must prepare the stuff needed for the event (buying it, carrying it)
2) He/she must try to store what is possible that can be used in later events
3) He/she must provide a list which numbered the items they collected
4) If found using those items for own use, the quartermaster will faced replacement or exile
Slackers (members)
1) The slackers must help in the departments
2) The slackers must respond quickly to the urgent help messages
3) The slackers are not here to slack!!!
4) The slackers must have a reason for unable to help when needed
5) If slackers found to be inactive for a year, exile is ensured
Punishment
1) A jury of 6 people will be appointed and the judge will be the chairman
2) Only proper evidence can be brought up to the chairman
3) The jury appointed must have no bias to or against anyone
4) Punishment will depends on the circumstances
5) Replacement and exile will be done through jury and judge
6) Voting can be done for replacement for the person
7) In a lighter tone, the replaced person will have a little gift and the exiled person will have a farewell dinner
7.1) In depth to rule 7, exiled and the replaced do not need to pay for the gift and dinner
